PreKindy Rooms
Koalas Room – 2 years to 3 years
Social growth, self-help skills and physical and language development are at the top of the program for our Koalas! There is lots of song, dance and games to develop counting, language and memory skills in a fun way. Imaginative play is also a big factor that allows the children to be engaged and further develop their social skills as they learn team work, problem solving and friendships.
Our Koalas room shares our front playground with our Possums children. Our natural inspired playground includes a large fort and big sandpit with plenty of room in between for physical play such as obstacles. This playground is purpose built for the developing needs and sizes of our Koalas and Possums.

Possums Room – 3 years to Kindergarten age
Our exciting play based program provides many opportunities to further develop the children’s independence! Children learn valuable life skills such as self serving food, putting own items away and making choices within activities. They also help take care of our Possums fish and room plants. Dress-ups, crafts, threading, weaving and playing musical instruments all help to promote and build fine motor skills and increase brain activity. Letter recognition, counting and reading are all practised in the Possums room through fun games and activities.
Physical development is also highly encouraged with indoor and outdoor activities including ball games, balancing and climbing.
